Roots of Impact: Educators Transforming

the Mississippi Delta Documentary Impact Film

Client

Delta State University

Project Overview

We partnered with Delta State University to produce a four-episode documentary series spotlighting the real-world impact of the Teach For America × Delta State University Fellowship Graduate Program across the Mississippi Delta. Through cinematic, story-driven interviews with four program alumni, we captured how their work has meaningfully transformed educational outcomes and improved quality of life in historically underserved communities. From concept development and narrative structuring to on-location production and post-production, we led the project end-to-end—crafting an authentic, emotionally resonant series that elevates alumni voices, highlights measurable impact, and reinforces the program’s long-term value to the Delta.
